We understand that circumstances happen that may affect your ability to fulfill your commitment to your pets' scheduled appointment.  

​For this reason, the first cancellation/reschedule fee will be waived.  

 

For consecutive visits our policy is: 

Cancellation with > 48 hour notice, no fee.  

24-48 hour notice: 50% of appointment fee charged 

<24 hour notice: full appointment fee charged

Payment options
Cash and check are preferred. Major credit cards are accepted with a 3% service fee. All payment is required at time of service.
